Most of the 26-year-old star’s tattoos, which say they reach over 40, are missing from the footage. The video shows the singer sporting a blank canvas on his neck, chest and abdomen, while channeling Rocky Balboa in boxing training and fight scenes.
On Saturday, January 2, Bieber shared on his Instagram a time-lapse video showing him sitting in his underwear while masked makeup artists cover his upper body tattoos with makeup. He wrote: “There are no tattoos for #Anyonevideo.”

The clip and his single were released during the New Year’s holiday, following Bieber’s virtual show on New Year’s Eve, which was filmed at the Beverly Hilton Hotel and broadcast live. This marked the singer’s first major official solo show since he ended his Purpose world tour in early 2017.
