Chip and Joanna Gaines are returning to their roots.
Home and lifestyle gurus have released the trailer for the upcoming series “Fixer Upper: Welcome Home” on their Magnolia Network.
The series serves as the “return of the beloved Fixer Upper series”, according to a press release.
The release states that the first four episodes of the show will be available on Discovery + on Friday, January 29, 2021, and new episodes will be released weekly until February 19.

“Okay, girl, we’re back,” said Chip, 46, in the trailer.
“Back to work,” Joanna, 42, reiterated.
Throughout the clip, the married couple is seen demolishing and renovating houses at events that Chip says are “like nothing we’ve seen before”.
One of the houses they visit in the preview has the door handle falling off with the arrival of the reform magnates.
“We can fix this,” says Joanna.
They also stumble across a house that has “some big surprises”, as Chip says, including a room full of trash.

“I’ve never seen anything like it,” confessed Joanna.
Chip then talked about one of his favorite parts of overturned houses: the demolition.
“Demonstration day is one of those things that never gets old,” he said, then said to his wife, “When you talk about demonstration, I mean it’s exciting.”
“Oh God,” she says, rolling her eyes.

It seems that there are many adventures in store for Chip and Joanna, like breaking plaster walls and tearing down concrete block walls.
“I work harder, not smarter,” explained Chip.
