Kylie Jenner received the judicial protection she was seeking against a man who allegedly broke into a nearby home in his gated community in Hidden Hills, California, earlier this month.
Jenner, 23, received a protection order against Justin Bergquist on Wednesday, TMZ reported.
According to legal documents, Kylie says Bergquist is tracking her after the man allegedly broke into a nearby house last month, fled as soon as he was located and returned to the area in his car later.

The complaint details that the man apparently traveled from North Dakota and told private security that he was in the area to “find her”.
Kylie filed for an injunction just over three weeks ago.
