Genshin Impact players receive another promotional code redeemable for free in-game gifts, including a pack of rare Primogems, used to summon characters.
Fans of Genshin Impact are currently involved with the most recent significant update to the game, called Version 1.2. The update introduces a new expansive mountain to the game, Dragonspine, while also allowing players to participate in a series of new events and missions.
The newest playable five-star character, Albedo, also made a debut with this Impact Genshin update, and another one called Ganyu will enter the game as part of version 1.2. And on top of that, miHoYo has released a new promotional holiday code for all players to enjoy this season.
Promotional codes are not that uncommon for Impact Genshin players, like their developer miHoYo, tend not only to discard new code frequently, but also sporadically and quietly reactivate older code. The codes are shared using a variety of methods, often originating initially from the official miHoYo fan forum or Twitter account, and subsequently disseminated via Reddit or Twitter, if not via miHoYo’s own fan forums. The most recent code is GSIMPTQ125, and like all previous codes, can be inserted using a special page in the official Impact Genshin on the Internet network.
Travelers should access the miHoYo official website for the game and click on the Redeem Code tab near the top right corner of the page. As the title suggests, the Redeem Code page allows players to enter any Impact Genshin gift codes. Players will need to be logged in to their accounts on the website and have their game account linked. After logging in and accessing the Redeem Code page, simply ensure that the correct region and the name of the Preferred Account Traveler have been selected, then enter the code.
Currently, there is another active promotional code that players can take advantage of, although it has been around since November, many players will have already claimed it. However, both codes and their rewards are listed above for reference. The latest code offers players a combination of 60 Primogems and 10,000 dwells, while the existing “GENSHINGIFT” code offers players 50 Primogems and 3 Hero’s Wit, which are used to provide characters with experience.
60 Primogems may seem like a small amount, but it is almost half the amount needed for Intertwined or Acquaint Destinations used to crave new characters and weapons. In addition, these gems can be exchanged for Original Resin, which in turn can be used to claim rewards from Domains and Elite Chiefs. In other words, Primogems are worth the effort, no matter how much – especially when they are free. If a code has been successfully redeemed, players will receive a confirmation message on the web page and the gift will appear in the game in Paimon’s inbox.
Impact Genshin is now available on the App Store, Google Play, PC and PS4, and is currently in development for PS5 and Switch.
