A police source told CBS News that at least one person of interest was identified in connection with the recreational vehicle that exploded on Christmas morning, shaking downtown Nashville. Multiple sources confirm that Anthony Quinn Warner, a resident of the Nashville area, had a brand and model of RV similar to those in the photos released to the public.
Warner was described as a 63-year-old white man. Federal agents are at the address listed for Warner.
Special agent in charge of the FBI, Doug Korneski, said on Saturday that there was no indication of additional explosive threats. He said the authorities received about 500 tips and “are not working on assumptions”.
Police responded to a call for shots fired Friday near the AT&T building in downtown Nashville. Instead, they found a trailer with clothes and curtains covering the windows. Shortly thereafter, the warning of an impending bomb began to sound and an explosion rocked the area around 6:30 am
Projectile cartridges were found at the site, but ammunition related to them was detonated by the large explosion. The scene is very large, and officials said they are starting at the “outer” perimeter of the explosion and moving forward.
There is a video of the RV in downtown Nashville. Investigators have a Google Maps photo of the address of the person of interest that shows a similar-looking camper in the yard. Google Maps says the photo was taken in May 2019.
At least three people were injured and Nashville Metropolitan Police Chief John Drake said on Friday that authorities found tissue that they believe could be connected to remains near the blast site. They have not indicated whether the remains are those of someone connected to the explosion or an innocent victim.

Police later said they believed the bombing was an “intentional act”. No reason was given.
There is a curfew in effect in the area around the explosion.
