The week-by-week confidence meter among Browns fans decreased by 1 percentage point, dropping from 95% to 94% after last week’s victory over the New York Giants. I think the fans are eager for the team to officially guarantee a place in the playoffs and eliminate the anxiety of losing after such a good season.
Cleveland’s opponent this week, the New York Jets, is 30% confident. This is the biggest since week 1, but 70% of fans voted separately that they were not happy that the Jets beat the Rams. In doing so, the Jaguars advanced to choice # 1.

There were several national polls this week, but let’s talk about those that include the Cleveland Browns, starting with the NFL Defensive Player of the Year award. Myles Garrett is still a contender, but understandably it faded a little after losing games and having less productivity since getting the COVID-19. The other is more intriguing because Kevin Stefanski is one of the main candidates for the coach of the year award. Brian Flores won 30% of fan votes for his work with the Miami Dolphins, with Stefanski in second place with 23%.
