Sharon Osbourne returned home after recovering from COVID-19 and after being discharged from a brief hospital stay.
The TV personality, 68, was forced to isolate herself after a positive test for respiratory disease and is very happy to be reunited with her family a few days before Christmas.
Sharing a candid photo on Thursday of husband Ozzy Osbourne wearing a mask on the couch next to five puppies, she wrote: ‘I managed to go home after two negative test results and look at the joy that awaits me!

Her comments came almost 10 days after she revealed that she had tested positive for coronavirus and was recovering from her husband, 72.
She tweeted at the time: ‘I wanted to share that I tested positive for Covid 19. After a brief hospitalization, I am now recovering in a place far from Ozzy (which has tested negative) while The Talk is on a scheduled hiatus. Everyone, please stay safe and healthy. (sic) ‘

Ozzy, a rocker from the Black Sabbath, has Parkinson’s disease and, along with his age, that puts he is at greater risk if exposed to COVID-19.
Speaking to GQ last month, the star also said of her pre-existing illnesses: ‘I have emphysema, so if I get this virus, I’m fucked up.’
Sharon’s friend, Piers Morgan, sent her good luck to her in last Tuesday’s episode of Good Morning Britain.
He told viewers: ‘I just want to wish my old friend Sharon Osbourne good luck. She is in the hospital with coronavirus. Ozzy is isolating.

– She says she feels like she got beaten up, but she’ll be fine in a few weeks, so best wishes to Sharon.
One of her co-hosts on the show, Carrie Ann Inaba, said in early December that her test was positive in an Instagram post, saying she suffered from “a lot of pain” and a cough with a fever before the test, which prevented her of the CBS program for a week.
Sheryl Underwood said during the broadcast last Thursday: ‘As you can see, Carrie Ann is not here with us today … she found out this morning that she tested positive for COVID-19.
‘Obviously, our thoughts are with her, we love her and we are praying for a complete recovery. And, as a precaution, Mrs. O is going to do the house show today, even though it was negative for the coronavirus.

Sharon said on the show, “I send all my love and prayers to Carrie Ann.”
In September, Sharon said she was quarantined from The Talk after her three-year-old granddaughter Minnie tested positive for COVID-19.
The star told his fellow panelists that his relatives were in good health amid the family scare, including his son Jack – Minnie’s father – who lives with multiple sclerosis.
“I should be in the studio, I was looking forward to it,” said Osbourne as he appeared remotely on the program.

Despite the setback, Sharon said her heart was with The Talk on its 11th season debut, but she was acting cautiously in the midst of the pandemic and following security protocols.
‘Oh my Lord, I want to see you so badly,’ she said. ‘I have another week of quarantine left and then I’m out.

She replied that Jack was, ‘equally upset because he planned to come to the studio with me just to wish him luck’.
Sharon’s announcement comes as the talk show concludes its production for the remainder of 2020.
The show is scheduled to undergo some personnel changes, with the departure of Eve and Marie Osmond, with new replacements Elaine Welteroth and Amanda Kloots (who lost her husband Nick Cordero at 42 due to complications with the coronavirus last July).
