Taylor Swift and Evermore Theme Park Drop Lawsuits

Ending the escalation of the legal battle, Taylor Swift and Evermore, a theme park in Utah, gave up their opposing lawsuits on Wednesday (March 24), with no money exchanged in the settlement.

“As a resolution of both processes, the parties will give up and dismiss their respective processes without monetary agreement,” says a statement provided to Advertising panel of a Swift spokesperson.

Last month, Evermore Park in Pleasant Grove, Utah, filed a lawsuit against the pop star, claiming that Swift violated his name with his December album. Ever, and its accompanying merchandise. Evermore Park, which offers an immersive fantasy experience, argued that it has been the registered owner of the Evermore brand since 2015.
