Super Smash Bros. Ultimate the characters are being reinvented as Marvel and DC heroes by an artist, and, as expected, the new art series is attracting a lot of attention on Twitter. Last week, an art series reimagining Super Smash Bros. Ultimate fighters like Cuphead characters circulated. But that was last week. This week is the work of “xeternalflamebryx” circulating, and rightly so, because so far it’s been great.
According to the artist, the series will feature the entire massive cast of the game as characters from DC or Marvel, and selections will be based on the characteristics that match the character. However, to make things interesting, who the characters will receive will be based on their fighter number in the official Super Smash Bros. Ultimate on the Internet network. What this means? Well, that means that all fighters with odd numbers will be DC characters, while fighters with even numbers will be transformed into Marvel characters.
