OnePlus started triggering the launch of a fitness band this week, which surprised many, since we heard mainly about a company smartwatch. Although we haven’t heard much about the OnePlus Watch other than the fact that it will have a round design, we hear a lot about the supposed OnePlus Band, which the company claims to be “soon”. Before its launch, the OnePlus Health app appeared on the Google Play Store, confirming not only the design of the next fitness tracker, but also giving us a first look at some of the OnePlus watch faces.

The OnePlus Health app appears to be identical to OPPO’s HeyTap health app, as noted by AndroidPolice. I decoded the app and found several GIFs that are used to show the user how to use their new OnePlus Band. GIFs show your UI.
Although OnePlus did not share any more details about the OnePlus Band, Ishan Agarwal (@ ishanagarwal24) was able to obtain specifications and pricing details before launch. In a recent tweet, he said it will be unveiled in India on Jan. 11, will feature heart rate monitoring 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, SpO2 monitoring, support for sleep tracking and 13 exercise modes. Ishan also said that the OnePlus Band will offer up to 14 days of battery life on a single charge and will sell for around $$ 2,499 (~ $ 34). Previous leaks said it could cost around $ 40.

Considering that the new OnePlus Health app has just been loaded, this suggests that the company may be preparing for an imminent launch. The OnePlus will have a lot of competition in this market, as both Realme and Xiaomi offer attractive alternatives globally, such as Xiaomi’s popular Mi Band 5.
