Lala Kent is celebrating a week as a mother!
THE Vanderpump rules 30-year-old star and her fiance Randall Emmett welcomed their first child, daughter Ocean, last Monday, March 15. Sharing more details about her birth on Monday, Kent said on Instagram that she is “honored” to be the mother of her daughter.
“A week ago, March 15, 2021, at 6:45 am, my life changed forever,” wrote Kent next to an adorable photo of the newborn’s face. “This little sign of Pisces, 5 pounds and 10 ounces, sent me to a world that I can only explain as heavenly. No one could have prepared me for that kind of love.”
“Ocean, you are the best thing that ever happened to me. I am so honored to be your mother – my heart could explode,” she added.

Sharing snapshots of a recent maternity photo shoot earlier this month, Kent told People about his daughter’s anticipated arrival.
“I’ve never been so excited for anything in my life,” said Kent at the time. “There are things in life that I can imagine, although giving birth and meeting my daughter is something I cannot. I heard that this moment is unlike anything. Thinking about that day is coming on turns me on more than I can explain. “
The reality star shared that she had been extremely emotional recently – and she was more than ready to be a mother.
“I feel emotional. It wasn’t all up, however,” the Give them Lala author said. “There were times when my hormones got the best of me, mentally. But now, in my last trimester, I am happy and excited and very grateful. I am ready to be a mother! The love I feel for her is already indescribable.”
